Campus Cupid Child Safety Standards
Campus Cupid is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation in every form, provide in-app reporting tools, investigate reports, remove violating content and cooperate with appropriate authorities.
Our commitment
Campus Cupid has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The platform is designed for college students aged 18 and above. We work to prevent, detect and respond to content or behaviour that exploits or endangers minors.
Age restrictions
Users must be at least 18 years old. Registration requires a date of birth, and accounts found to belong to someone under 18 are terminated. Verification measures help us confirm that users are genuine adults.
Prohibited content and behaviour
We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual solicitation of minors, grooming, sharing or linking to CSAM, and attempts to evade age checks. Violations can lead to permanent account bans and reports to relevant authorities where required.
Detection and prevention
Safeguards include age and identity verification during onboarding, reporting tools in profiles and chats, and review of reported content and accounts. We investigate credible reports and take action to protect users.
How to report a safety concern
Report a profile, message or other content through the in-app report option. You can also contact work.campuscupid@gmail.com about child safety concerns. Include relevant account or content details and do not share or redistribute suspected illegal material.
Cooperation and support
Campus Cupid preserves relevant information for law enforcement and complies with applicable child safety laws. Where required, credible reports are referred to relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable. Users can review our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for more information about platform rules and data handling.
